“I asked for a replacement for some broken parts on one of the goals I had ordered. I got a new goal instead but the process was very long and frustrating. I had to upload more than 10 images and the response time was very long.”

“The item was affordable and shipped very quickly. But the overall quality of the coaches Board leaves a lot to be desired. The edges are bubbling. It doesn’t fully erase the markings so after limited use the board itself appears quite dirty. And the very FIRST practice I used it at the cap somehow flew off the marker while I was on the field with it. Leaving me with a dried out market and no eraser. It still does what I needed from it, but I can’t imagine there isn’t a better way to create this item.”

“I honestly LOVE this next. I've had quite a few different nets over the years and I love how quick and easy this one is to assemble. I think the design is brilliant. The only issue is that it looks like the back right corner of the next is fraying and about to tear. This is a total bummer because I've only used it for one practice. Would it be possible for you to send me a new net? Please see the attached photo.”

“We liked the product, until we didn’t. Within 2 months, the poles were cracking down the middle. Contacted QuickPlay to see about replacing them, but had to pay $20 per pole. Apparently these aren’t meant to be left up for any period of time, so warranty didn’t cover us. We were pretty disappointed, but lesson learned I guess.”

“QuickPlay mostly got my order correct. I got the part ordered. It came in quicker than I was expecting. They were super helpful in identifying the part and getting it to me. I couldn't give them a 5 because the part has a little connection that holds the new part to the existing parts. There is a hole with a button type thing that holds them together. The hole was on the wrong side. I had to drill a new one 90 degrees from that one. But it works and now my students can use the soccer goals again.”

“Awesome product, great for practicing, set up was slightly confusing with bottom bar and how the initial bracing went up. Approximately 3-5 min set up first time out, which was AMAZING, however was slightly more than the 90 seconds advertised. The stakes that come with the set up could be a bit stronger.”

“Simple to follow, each goal will take around 30 minutes to put together. they are lightweight so longer anchors would be better if the anchor does not go over the tube it is a good tie-down using a cable, again if going over the tube to secure they need to be longer or you have to buy better anchors.”

“Shipment was very fast. The goal box had tape breakage on one end. I'm not sure if any pieces fell out along the way. It is wrapped for Christmas, so I won't know until then.”

“I bought this less than a year ago, and have used it regularly over the last year. Overall the frame and net has held up. It’s easy to set up and tear down to store. I did recently reach out to customer service, because one of the upright poles started to crack and split. I am still able to set it up and use it, but I’m trying to get a replacement part, as it’s still under warranty. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I really like this 12 foot wide by 9 foot tall net for hitting golf balls.”
