We liked the product, until we didn’t. Within 2 months, the poles were cracking down the middle. Contacted QuickPlay to see about replacing them, but had to pay $20 per pole. Apparently these aren’t meant to be left up for any period of time, so warranty didn’t cover us. We were pretty disappointed, but lesson learned I guess.
