I gave my purchase a 3.5 because after settling up the goal the day I received it there is a sag in the crossbar. Sent an email to notify customer service and they replied saying they would send replacement parts to correct the issue. It's been just over 1 week. Still waiting.
Otherwise I would have given a 4.5.
