Fantastic customer service! Received a soccer trainer for my son as a Christmas gift and it unfortunately broke the string. Quickplay was extremely fast and helpful in getting a replacement sent to us even though it was bought back in October. Can’t say how pleased I am with this product and company- would definitely recommend!
