Using the Live chat today to resolve a payment problem and found the live chat very useful and more convenient than a phone call/waiting on an email.
Also spoke to an staff member call ''Jose'' - who,due to his professional attitude and obvious good knowledge of his job made my situation 100% easier,and resolved with ease and politeness, I think you should give ''Jose'' a bonus or a few beers!!! (I would if i could) He really is a credit to you. cheers!!
