Carlos was by far the most helpful and friendly advisor I have had. I contacted yourselves via telephone and I spoke to a woman (Name's completely gone but I'm sure you can find out yourself!) She kept me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back and told me there was nothing that could be done, I was left feeling upset and worried as I knew my account would fall into default and I didn't want to allow that to happen. Carlos was absolutely brilliant and he has left me very happy and satisfied and a lot less worried! Thank you Carlos!
