I have contacted you due to endless emails going round, not getting my questions answered and to be told i have to wait for a payment not to have gone through in order to talk to someone about it even though i have been trying to do this for over a week due to a pay date change. Seems a very long winded way round and a lot of stress on my part on a process that could be very easy
