I was helped by Juan on Live Chat. I needed to move my repayment date back a couple of days to coincide with my regular payroll date. He was very prompt and courteous, and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently. And I really like the flexible way you charge interest i.e. by the day, rather than as a fixed lump sum.
