Its a bit silly to have people pretend to have English names. chap i dealt with was very friendly and helpful with almost too correct English.
Customers appreciate honesty and transparency. I'm not one of those people who complains about labour being outsourced to countries where it is cheaper. But making them maintain a farce that they are in like Milton Keynes or something is ridiculous and weakens your brand as it appears disingenuous.
