i am a disabled person that does everything on-line from shopping to on-line banking i don't receive any bank statement as i do everything on-line i got in touch with this company to change my bank details and card details only to be treated like some person who commits fraud as a disabled person and giving my new details to told i had to send in a bank statement to prove this was my own account it was very upsetting for me and when i told them i don't receive bank statement to be told to send in a picture of my account is a disgrace as i don't have a camera neither do i use a mobile phone and that you will not change my account details till i can prove this well thanks very much i don't like being told i commit fraud i will not be using this service again if this is the way you treat disabled people
