Useless, I borrowed money and kept to my promise of the repayment date and when it came to needing more funds there was no-one who could help me as payment had apparently been "delayed" biggest load of crap just to leave someone in the dark. as this service has been so poor I shall be seeking a different creditor who would be willing to assist and also guaranteed to have a cheaper interest rates.
