I am always satisfied with the live chat facility on the web site, but what annoys me is that the web site seems to subtly change every time I log on. This evening I could not find my customer number after logging in. On previous web versions it was on the drop down tab beside your name. I also think it is very poor that there is a button to extend an existing loan but not one to request an early repayment (there was this option previously).
It seems archaic to have to use the live chat facility to perform this function.
