The advisor was very helpful. Promptly replied and was able to repay my full balance in minutes. The only reason I did not give full marks is because I do not feel it is helpful to offer a new loan application afterwards. THIS IS NOT THE ADVISERS FAULT as I feel this is only your company procedure which I feel is wrong
