I applied for 1 loan it was smooth effortless not a problem. I applied for a 2nd loan which was granted. I thought this was 2 seperate loans. It turns out the first which is settled (not sure how), and then rolled into the 2nd making just 1 loan, as your only allowed 1 loan at a time (despite this not been clear on the website). Also I had to go to great lengths to get the exact answer to my questions, this was long winded and frustrating. This could all have been avoided had there been better explanation on the actual website.
