I found the customer service advisor who got in touch with me was very polite and very helpful they had a lot of patience and I found the over all experience was very good and I would definitely recommend due to the fact you was there to actually help me and sorted my issue out, where I found in the past most company don't really care and help there customers when they contact with a issue. So brilliant service for that!
