The representative's name was Maya, according to the chat. This person was extremely helpful and understanding and I feel did everything in their power to assist me with my query. As it was fairly complex, and I definitely feel as if I became irate (although not with Maya, at the situation) this person handled it more than extremely well, and I hope this person is rewarded for their excellent customer service and outstanding capabilities in dealing with a somewhat complex situation.
