What a mess. I've made a payment to clear my account and then another to consolidate my debts, which was made my direct payment into their bank account, and they lost the payment!! It's taken 2 weeks for them to find the payment so they've now applied it to my account but with 2 weeks worth of interest for my troubles! What a joke. Won't be using quick quid ever again after this.
