I want to update my bank account information, nothing difficult. And now I am expected to forward ID and a bank statement. You can get knotted. You happily took my card information and my latest payment, but refuse to update my associated bank account.
I have posted my disgust on several forums, and advised everyone to avoid using your company like the plague.
