Awful slow customer service, request help via online chat to be kept waiting to then be told I needed to contact someone via phone for that office to then be closed, If this operative had worked at an increased speed and aimed to review my query quicker then my application would of been moving to the next stage instead my application has been cancelled and my request for my active to be de-activated. Soddy service!! will be sure to make people aware of this.
