I spoke to russell today to ask about paying in full and as i thought i set up the payment to come out in full at the end of the day, he took about 13-15 mins to answer a simple question, not that he read my 1st msg properly as i asked him a question and then he asked me again how he could help, he was very slow at getting back to me, where as i just spoke with Tamara and she was very help gull and quick as getting back to me, i don't think its fair that we do not have to option to pay in full if our card is set up with this account, i have always found you easy to deal with, but i think its time to change to a company where i don't have to spend more time trying to pay back in full.
