Have been using QQ for over 2 years. Yes, the rate you might say. But, when banks dont help, I am honoured they do.
What is most important, there is ALWAYS someone to talk to. For good or for bad, you have a contact on the spot.
I have been in a difficult life the last 3 years, simply said, i there was no QQ, I would have crashed long before and all the debts what would have gone to default would bring a bill larger the interest I had to pay.
