just spoke to someone online, I have never really used computers before , so I made a mistake on the loan type , I took out a 3 payment one , when I only needed a quick loan that I could pay off fairly quick , the person on the computer chat , was understanding and fixed it for me. the service did exactly what I needed it for , I lost my credit card and had to wait upto 7 days for replacement but needed cash in a very short time , ( 30 mins) and quick quid did it. saved me a huge huge headache , glad the service was there A+
