I initiated an online chat to see if I could pay half my balance this months and the remainder next month. After being told that I had exhausted my loan extensions, I was offered a better solution without added interest in a pre-default agreement which suited me better. The advisor was very helpful and seemed very knowledgable about was Quickquid could do to help me.
