The customer service was fantastic. Angela, (communicated with the live chat feature) was ever so helpful.
Only reason it's not rated top of the top is the dodgy repayment button. When I opted to pay the full loan in one go the website crashed. It happened multiple times and ended up in my having to pay more because it took a few more days than it should of. Other than that it was perfect, hassle-free and as I said the customer service was amazing.
