The loan process was quick and easy as I 've been a customer before. The 24/7 online chat is a very helpful feature. The only drawback I found was that I'd been sent a letter recently giving me a 25% discount promo code which I could not find before applying - if this had been emailed to me instead I wouldn't have had a problem and could have saved myself some money, which in my situation I desperately need. I am hoping that one of the management staff will help me with this as the customer adviser suggested.
