Maria, who helped me on the chat 24/7 was fantastic! I hope, in some way you can reward her. Her 'no job too big' mentality is exactly what you want when you have a query.
However, I wouldn't have had to use this service if your app and website worked correctly. If I hadn't checked my account I would have been hit with unfair fines.
