Today i chatted with Alexandra, who went extra mile to provide a best customer service. i was quoted a lower amount to pay before midnight and a higher amount just a few seconds later after midnight. But Alexandra was very kind and offered a one off lower payment for me. I think she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.
