Giving customers live chat is excellent as you get an answer to your queries straight away instead of having to wait for a reply to an email or having to make a phone call. It puts your mind at rest immediatley if your worried about something and its 24/7 which is even better.
Couldnt ask for a better service as everyone is very helpful and so polite. The only thing i would say is that sometimes the advisors rush a bit and dont give you enough time to type your reply. If you dont answer straight away they ask if you are still there and on 1 occassion when i was trying to type my question my chat was disconnected because they said they had not heard from me. That could be improved as i had to start my chat all over again with a new advisor. So please be a bit more patient and allow your customers time to answer you.
