Had an online chat with Randall to update my bank details. He was polite and kept me informed throughout and when I was on hold, so I would be sure whether there was more to come or the chat was over, and he asked clear and concise questions. Unfortunately, it turned out that I would have to wait 3 working days before I could update my bank details, as I currently have an uncleared DD payment going through, but he made this clear and apologised that we were unable to proceed today. Despite this, I have still had a positive experience today. :-)
