Live chat was easy to access and assisted with my queries in a quick and efficient nature. Would it not be easier to allow customers to update account details online as like myself i am working abroad and could not contact customer services via the phone and the internet signal is very intermittent here which meant i lost contact with live chat on several occasions. Thank you for your assistance today
