Company breached CSA and FCA guidelines, ignored the point when notified. Completely ignored my queries and attempted to get me to paid nearly £800 for a £400 loan over 4 months. It was only when I pointed out for the 5th or 6th time that it was breaching FCA guidelines that suddenly a plan where they could freeze interest opened up. I asked for a manager call back and was advised that Marlena (the rep I spoke to) was in fact the manager. With such a low level of customer service I am extremely shocked at this and due to this fact will never use nor recommend QuickQuid again. In-fact it will be quite the opposite, I will push people away from using their shocking service.
