It was easy to proceed with and quick,,,( the only little gripe I had was after I logged back in to check my application I could not find my any information regarding my application ),,,i contacted the live chat team and although I got declined,brittnie informed me ,,she told me as how to collect the information to redeem why and also she was really helpful and polite as was her colleague I talked to previously 10mins earlier before I lost internet connection, I really thought the two ladies in question were very polite and helpful
