Charita was excellent. Very easy to talk to, friendly and informative.
There were problems logging into the site that took 20 - 30 minutes to resolve plus you end up in the spam box, so weren't seen,
I've added you to my trusted senders now.
I'm in the web dev business, not a great deal to be done about that,
Take the above problems away and overall I'd say positive things,
The web devs do need to be more clear about somethings, especially on a phone.
