I appreciate your companies speed and reliability on the initial application and payment of the loan. But the repayment process and Live chat is painful, the staff operating the live chat don't seem to be very knowledgeable or very too helpful.
Why you make it so difficult to pay your company back money i'll never understand, but I believe this is an area that needs serious work.
