We purchased two and we love them. We use one for beach trips and it's so easy to set up and take down each day. The second one we keep on our deck. The frames were damaged in storms we had here (we should have taken the canvas off) and I contacted customer service. Cicely was awesome and she was able to get us to replacement frames for a very reasonable cost. She communicated with us every step of the way and I couldn't be more pleased with the replacement process. Thank you Cicely for all of your help!
