“I have wanted one of these for a long time. I wont start growing seeds for a few months but wanted to assemble to make sure it was ok. It went together easily with a press fit. All the pieces were the correct length. I think I have the plastic cover on inside out but will fix that. Seems plenty sturdy for my purposes.”

“We initially purchased this canopy to shelter a pick up truck in 2023. Due to constant sun exposure and heavy rains, this year (2024) the roof ripped. I contacted thr company for a replacement part. They have responded within 24 hrs. They carry thr nessessary replacement part to support their product 2 years later!! Couldn't ask for better service. The product is strong, meeting our needs perfectly. Their customer service is AMAZING!!! Thank you Cherry!!!”

“I have had 2 of of these tear apart in less than a year here in Texas, they don't last in the sun and heat. I will never buy another one, if you live in Texas i suggest you dont buy one.”

“First tent broke and leaked First time I used it. I asked for a refund they sent a replacement which blew across a field and got torn and mangled and this time they charged 80 for a new frame. They sent me a dysfunctional frame with a leg that wouldn't come down. Would only refund 15. Unreliable don't recommend both times no other tent was destroyed just mine”

“Restored furniture and needed additional space, I love this tent, I have tested it in the rain and it doesn't seem to leak. I had to take it apart because Hurricane Dorian was coming and it was easy. So far it is fulfilling its function.”

“It's holding up great so far!! It was simple to set up. We diligently installed and secured it, and it has withstood several storms already. We appreciated that the screen attaches with Velcro, effectively keeping mosquitoes out.”

“I purchased a greenhouse in 2022 and a replacement cover in 2023 due to normal wear from the blazing Texas sun. A few weeks ago, we had a storm with 80mph winds that damaged the cover and 4 or 5 of the aluminum poles. In general, it actually held up very well. I decided to purchase a new replacement. Based on several emails I had from Quictent, I unfortunately ordered the wrong size greenhouse and found that out after it arrived. WARNING! Apparently once you break the tape on the shipping box, you CANNOT get a refund. I pulled 4 poles out of the box in preparation for assembly and noticed I had ordered the wrong greenhouse. I put everything back in the box (screw package was never opened, poles removed were wrapped again with shrink wrap as original, and everythng was back in the box as I received it). So, full admission, I ordered the wrong greenhouse but there is no refund for returning it even with a restocking fee. So I placed the box out on the curb this morning so the trash men can haul off my brand new unused greenhouse because it will not fit on the foundation I built for the old one. BE AWARE that they will not give you a refund of any kind once the tape has been broken on the shipping box. I checked it was VERY HARD to get a refund in the choices below because IMPOSSIBLE was not a choice. I also chose over 14 days as to how long the refund took because NEVER RECEIVED ONE was not a choice.”

“Very disappointed in the quality and durability of my 13x20 Quictent Car canopy. Had some snow on Monday 2/12/24 and it collapsed onto my Ford Expedition. I tried to load some picture but when I do the submit button deactivates. Only had it for about 3 months. Very dissatisfied with your product. Should be reimbursed for my purchase.”

“My top cover 10x20 was damaged after period using. By the help of Quictent customer support and specially the concern of Doria, the replacement was sent to me in short time under warranty policy. By my request, a set of bungee cords was sent to me to help support stably . Thanks for you guys helps”

“The canopy held up in NH winter like a champ- note - my model has bungees - I didn’t know they had stretched out this summer and a small wind popped the bungees and canopy was blown to an angle- no damage to car. There were pinched joints and pipes - too got torn. Jasmine was always emailing promptly to make sure I got the necessary replacement parts. Happened in 9 months but I do think this is the best customer care you can get for an item like this and it is sturdy with sand weights. Get one!”

“I am very happy with my three Quictent greenhouses. The price is reasonable, the frames and covers are remarkably sturdy - we have been through three major windstorms with over 60 mph winds and the greenhouses have stood firm (I have the frames staked with rebar, and sandbags along the edges of the coverings). Two of the greenhouses are 3 years old, in direct sun, and the plastic covers are still holding up, minus a couple of broken zippers and window lashings. One of our contractors was so impressed, he bought Quictents for his property. Not only is the Quictent product high quality, but my experience with their customer service rep, Martina, has been excellent, with prompt communication and an offer of discount and expedited shipping on a replacement product I needed. Instead of going through a third party vendor, I will now order directly from Quictent.”

“I ordered my Quictent Shelter 8 years ago. It has made storing my motorcycle very convenient. It is easy to install, strong against wind and snow, easy to use and was reasonably priced. The cover only lasts about 2 years in direct sunlight. But, customer service (Jasmine) is great. You can email her directly at Maxlead.US@Gmail.com) to order a replacement cover. I highly recommend this Quictent motorcycle shelter.”

“The wind blew my Quictent canopy over last month. It was over a year old. I needed some metal parts. I contacted Quictent and Jenna help me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. . I received all the parts I needed. My old canopy looks brand new. If I ever need a new canopy “ IT WILL BE A QUICTENT!” Butch South Carolina.”

“Purchased a 10x10 shed about 2yrs ago Which held up up nicely to two upstate NY winters. I wanted to replace the top, contacted the Quictent company via emails and BAM !!!
