“The canopy held up in NH winter like a champ- note - my model has bungees - I didn’t know they had stretched out this summer and a small wind popped the bungees and canopy was blown to an angle- no damage to car. There were pinched joints and pipes - too got torn. Jasmine was always emailing promptly to make sure I got the necessary replacement parts. Happened in 9 months but I do think this is the best customer care you can get for an item like this and it is sturdy with sand weights. Get one!”

“Excellent customer service I had a issue on my greenhouse and customer service immediately resolved the issue and replaced my greenhouse and I have no issues highly recommend this product.”

“Yes i think there probally very good tents but i changed my mind tryed to contact them before it sent out and they are kinda hard to reach they should have a phone number to call instead of emails but i finally was able tp reach them and they did eork with me very nicely to send it back .All in all they did right by me .I would recomend getting it on amazon as they have free returns .”

“The service was fine with Quictent, shipping was normal etc. The tent (a 13 x 13) is pretty flimsy though, I didn't think I was getting a super heavy duty tent, but did expect some sturdiness to it. The customer service with Quicent promptly helped me out with the issue.”

“Heavier built than most but will not stand strong winds, so do not leave up when unattended. Ours suffered major wind damage, company responded quickly with replacement parts that I paid for.”

“Fairly easy to assemble, roof framed nicely and covered easily, walls poles inserted and pegs are in , used 3/16 wire rope secured to a tree and house. Have to install walls yet, haven't decided on open ended on one because it's again a 6ft privacy fence where the gate to backyard is located”

“So far so good, we got hit pretty hard with heavy winds on the Texas Gulf Coast this past weekend and the tent held up well. I am a bit concerned with the Velcro stitched on the top upper support's though. Maybe they are supposed to be sewn the way they are, but they held and didn't leak.”

“We really like our Quictent screen canopy as it is easy to set up, waterproof, and when we needed a new screen they do sell replacement parts. Their customer service is excellent. It would be perfect if only Quictent would upgrade their screening to no-see-um mesh as small biting gnats can easily enter through the screen. AND they do!”

“The company sent me extra screws when I thought they shorted me, while it was not their fault but mine for not using the structural support poles. Now I'm all set! This is minor, but I would prefer to receive instructions for just the one product I purchased (not one pamphlet with all the products) with a little bit more detail about the assembly process for my unit.”

“ubject: 10x10 canopy Good frame, good fabric BUT lack of canopy vent and sloppy canopy and sidewall fit and poor attachment of velcro strips ($ 35.00 canopy lasted longer) makes this canopy worth a lot less than $160 I paid.”

“Hi I have had by 20x10x6 green dome green house for 2 years! Love it ! I now need a replacement 2 doors cover! My is starting to tear & the zipper was broken on both doors, and the windows need a longer Velcro to hold them closed. I’m unable to get someone in Customer Service to call be for replacement cover! Thanks Barbara G”
