Very disappointed in the quality and durability of my 13x20 Quictent Car canopy. Had some snow on Monday 2/12/24 and it collapsed onto my Ford Expedition. I tried to load some picture but when I do the submit button deactivates. Only had it for about 3 months. Very dissatisfied with your product. Should be reimbursed for my purchase.

Highly unsatisfied never received my tent, no way to communicate with customer service don’t recommend shopping from quictents.

11 x 11 gazebo lasted one day before the cheap structure collapsed. Terrible product. Quictent covers themselves though. You can't return their products if it's been used. Sure, makes sense to me. How do you know its defective if you don't assemble it. Don't buy anything from this company unless you like donating your money to companies who don't care about the quality of their products.

RIP OFF COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BY STATED POLICY!!! Their policy gives 24 hr grace period for cancellations. I cancelled mine after less than 8 hrs. Have proof of it! They refuse to refund me my money without ridiculous demands of opening the package and verifying conditions. My refund request was NOT BASED ON DAMAGES. I was well with it the 24 hr grace period. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! Check the BBB and you will find complaints!

HORRIBLE RIP OFF COMPANY! I EMAILED MY CANCELATION OF MY ORDER WITHIN YOUR STATED 24 HOUR PERIOD AS YOUR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR. BY YOUR OWN WORDS, THE CANOPY WILL NOT HOLD UP TO RAIN OR MODERATE WIND. YOU REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND PAY FOR SHIPPING. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY!

I purchased Two pop up tents for my deck I had weights on the legs and one rain storm ruined the first one . I ordered another one a month later and there was a broken piece .

piece of junk instructions vague make no sense mesh will not stretch around tent (readjusted at least 10 times no closer than 3 inches )no videos on you tube for 13x13 mesh netting solar light figured our how to put up after 2-3 hours of trial and error then the netting won't fit probable just go to curb box was to tore up to send back in

Where is the item I purchased after 10 days and counting? Poor online customer service. The only reason I’m giving a 1 is because they were quick to answer before taking my money.

The greenhouse I got was extremely flimsy compared to my older one. The tubing is half the size and thickness and my cover had mold growing all over it. Customer service agreed to send out a new cover but wouldn’t send a new unit. Every day that goes by I’m losing money because of their garbage workmanship and packaging.

Excited to use my cute green tent at my first Farmers Market show. We did trial run and it is DEFECTIVE!!! I am less than a week away and now they want to only send me a part and have me fix it??? For almost $200 that is crazy! Returning!!!! I will order from Amazon next time. I made a point of ordering direct from Quictent to give them the money and I am so disappointed with hoops i have to jump through. I received it defective!!!! Ot won’t stand up. I run a business and this is putting me in a HUGE pickle. Shocking. And a total bummer. It is super cute.

Purchased a greenhouse for my mother for Mother's day. Some parts were bent, bad instructions, she could not put it together properly as a result of faulty parts. I emailed the company, called Amazon, then used the email support on their website with no help. I am disabled and on disability it took me months to save up for this. I want a refund bit no one has gotten back to me. I'm worried I was scammed.

I recently purchased a Quictent 10'x9'x8 Backyard Greenhouse. It arrived on April 13, and was set up by my husband and son on April 20. That night, we had a thunderstorm, and the greenhouse completely collapsed. I contacted the customer service department of Quictent, and the choices that were offered included (:1) a discount on another greenhouse or (2) the purchase of replacement parts. Neither option is acceptable because this product is flimsy and not at all sturdy. The plastic anchors did not hold the frame in place, and the frame bent and broke in several places from the weight of the rain pooling on top. I have purchased other Quictent products that are well-made. This greenhouse is not strong or sturdy. I do not recommend this product.

I have tried to make contact to have covers that have deteriorated due to sun and weather. I am perplexed as to how the public relations don’t want to provide replacement covers, very poor PR

I wanted to purchase a replacement tent with quictent and they asked for proof of ownership. I copied the cover of the instructions that has their name on it along with a photo of my greenhouse. They still won't let me purchase a replacement and keep asking for more proof. I have corresponded several times and now I am convinced they have no intention on selling one to me so I will make my own cover for next year. I would give them no stars if I could. Awful business.
