“The tent seems to be about 1 foot short of covering the frame. No matter what we did we could not cover the entire frame with the roof fabric. If the roof was fabricated to the correct size, the tent would’ve been a success. We were disappointed see photographs.”

“I do love how quickly and easily the tent set up and took down. However, the metal frame was too flimsy to withstand some wind gusts at the event I took it to as a vendor and I had to leave the event early, possibly missing some connections. I had bought it early so it's too late to replace it; just out $180 with a broken tent.”

“I purchased two products 1)Privacy 10X20 Pop Up Canopy with sides. Excellent, would recommend it. 2)10X30 Party Tent. Terrible. The tubing is thin and several were already dented. The connectors are plastic and don't hold the puny wire clips in place, of which some clips were missing, while the connectors in the middle of the pipes have no clips of any kind. They provide tape with no explanation of use which we assumed was to hold these connections together. Didn't hold. Never actually got the whole thing together. As soon as one piece goes in it pulls another out. Highly frustrating. They allow for 30 day returns. Unfortunately with it being winter and then rainy season I had to wait for a good opportunity to set it up as it specifically says in the instructions, not for weather of high winds, heavy rain, snow, sleet, hail or the like. I would highly recommend NOT buying the 10X30 Party Tent.”

“I’m still wait for the snow to melt so I can set up my greenhouse. So, this isn’t much of a review. Although, I haven’t opened it up, it arrived when it was expected. Oh, interesting thing though, the package I received says 12x6.5x6.5, it is marketed as a 12x7x7. I’m only 5’2 so, no matter to me.”

“I recently put it up. I did it by myself although it was recommended to have help. It wasn't too bad. We recently had winds with gusts up to 50 + mph. I opened both entrances to let the wind blow thru and tied the frame down. It appears to be OK. I haven't started to grow anything yet.”

“The framing idea is good, simple and would less time consuming to use if the manufacturer paid attention to small items that become a problem. Where the holes are punched to accept the spring loaded locking mechanism is where it falls short. Punching holes as they do leaves the metal being punched inside the tube and blocks the pole being inserted as shown on your video. Wish mine had worked that smoothly. We had to take a metal routing tool inserted inside the tube to grind this "tab" away. Do you know how many of these tabs there are to grind out? Too many...all of them. They also need to watch what size tube use to accept the poles meaning, if the tube accepting the pole is the same diameter of the pole being inserted, guess what, it won't insert. Again we had to use a metal grinder to reduce the outside diameter of the pole in order that it work. All in all the idea is good and would be better, less time consuming to put together if someone had paid attention to the finish work on the metal tubes. Would I buy another of your products? Yes....provided you sold it at half price as to pay me and my friend for having to do the metal work so it would go together.”

“Like it, but I think more velcro on inside would help secure top. I drove 3/8 regarding 2 feet long a foot into solid ground at each corner and middle all around and wire tied frame to it. Then drove same rear as angle on all roof frame, 4 on each side, and tied 1/2 inch nylon rope on opposite side to better secure roof. I don't think it's going anywhere now with strong wind.”

“Bought this to put on my deck and to cover patio furniture. I ordered pink and I love the color. It was easy to set up and so far seems pretty waterproof. Only issue I had was that the Velcro straps that fasten to the frame seem to be ripping away from the canvas. There are rips in the fabric at every Velcro piece. I contacted the company and still have yet to hear back. Pretty decent for the price, but customer service seems to be nonexistent. I’d be weary about that in case you get a bum tent or need a replacement part. You might never get an answer.”

“Thank you for allowing me to get additional parts for my order. I have not put it up yet due to the weather and I'm really looking forward in using it. I'm glad to give you additional information on how the parts didn't stay latched and hope your engineers fix this issue. It's a nice size and I love the two doors. I will be reinforcing our and adding sand bags to keep it from blowing away. I love the fact that it's easy to take down and moved.”
