“I'm going to edit my review because the company has stood by the greenhouse..if you live in a high wind area you will have to do extra work to make this work..and when and if it don't hold up the company stands by the equiptment and helps you figure out what can be done..we had winds for two days one was about 16 mph and the second it got up to 30 mph and it destroyed my greenhouse..and when I reached out for help they replaced my greenhouse pieces..and so this time I'm going to add a support wall for bothering sides of the greenhouse that has the door on it..I already have taken 2 by 6s and drilled holes through them and hammered about three feet or rebar through it and then attached the greenhouse to it to keep it from blowing away..but I still need to do walls so that the wind don't add too much pressure to the aluminum frame and I'm going to add a fence as a wind break..the company will help u but you have to put in the work if you have high wind.”

“The tent we received had a problem with its structure as a vital pin upon which one of the corners folded out was not seated properly. Once we figured out what was going on and drove the pin back through all the connections it worked ok. Erecting and taking down the tent is not intuitive Particularly if you have other people helping you who have never seen it before. There is nothing to indicate to anyone that you have to disconnect the drop down rod from the top center before folding it and only a minimal indication that it needs to be secured before the legs are extended.”

“Great purchase if you have at least two parties as it will pay for itself compared to renting one locally! Easy set up w/two people. Only complaint is to either very loosely use the Velcro straps around the poles for the top or don’t attach them until you get the poles all together. We put them too tight and they ripped sooooo easily. If I had known I would have first used the white tape provided to reinforce then on both the inside and outside. Overall still happy with my purchase. The other thing that would have been nice was if it came with a storage bag or if you could purchase a heavy duty storage bag from the same site.”

“A good value. Very hard to get the tent over the frame. It fits a bit poorly. The window covers are skewed and don’t close well - not really good for cooler climates I’m taping them closed for the winter. All in all though it’s an excellent product for the cost.”

“This is a good company with great customer service. The setup was reasonable, though the instructions could be improved. I overtightened one of the components, and it snapped, and they immediately replaced the part for free. The company backs up its product and I like that. Haven't had it long enough to attest to how it performs with snow load and in bad weather etc, but so far, so good.”

“I love this tent ! It was a little difficult to push the arms up and click them into place. After that it was a breeze. The quality of the tent is great. Very sturdy& the mesh screen doesn’t feel flimsy. The new improvements are nice- wheeled bag & sand bags. I’ve been using this 8x8 canopy as a screened in porch on my deck for the past 4 years and it would of still been going strong if a big burst of wind didn’t flip it. With the new improvements i was happy to buy a new one and i am now using the sandbags that are provided! Customer service was great. Very responsive & helpful. Definitely recommend this canopy to everyone!”

“I ordered a replacement frame because some workers at my home used the canopy for shade and didn’t secure it and it blew over. The canopy is easy to set up and very well built. If it is securely anchored, it is well worth the price? The people who I have dealt with have been very helpful and kind. I would give this five stars, but ordered the replacement and paying for it was a bit complicated.”

“I had been missing some parts and one weld arrived broken and he service was so great. I tend to dread reaching out for things like these in general, but this was so painless and was dealt with very professionally. My tarp is slightly sewn off so it doesn’t lay perfectly, but other than than, awesome!”

“When I placed my order the receipt went into my spam folder & my CC Co flagged the transaction as suspect. Maybe due to a UK billing? I contacted customer service wondering if I'd been had. Phoebe was very helpful an ameliorated all my concerns & kept me updated on shipping. I like the large motorcycle shelter and would only add "fast-pin" fixation hardware to secure the opening side to the ground.”
