This is a good company with great customer service. The setup was reasonable, though the instructions could be improved. I overtightened one of the components, and it snapped, and they immediately replaced the part for free. The company backs up its product and I like that. Haven't had it long enough to attest to how it performs with snow load and in bad weather etc, but so far, so good.
