I purchased a greenhouse in 2022 and a replacement cover in 2023 due to normal wear from the blazing Texas sun. A few weeks ago, we had a storm with 80mph winds that damaged the cover and 4 or 5 of the aluminum poles. In general, it actually held up very well. I decided to purchase a new replacement. Based on several emails I had from Quictent, I unfortunately ordered the wrong size greenhouse and found that out after it arrived. WARNING! Apparently once you break the tape on the shipping box, you CANNOT get a refund. I pulled 4 poles out of the box in preparation for assembly and noticed I had ordered the wrong greenhouse. I put everything back in the box (screw package was never opened, poles removed were wrapped again with shrink wrap as original, and everythng was back in the box as I received it). So, full admission, I ordered the wrong greenhouse but there is no refund for returning it even with a restocking fee. So I placed the box out on the curb this morning so the trash men can haul off my brand new unused greenhouse because it will not fit on the foundation I built for the old one. BE AWARE that they will not give you a refund of any kind once the tape has been broken on the shipping box. I checked it was VERY HARD to get a refund in the choices below because IMPOSSIBLE was not a choice. I also chose over 14 days as to how long the refund took because NEVER RECEIVED ONE was not a choice.
