The wind blew my Quictent canopy over last month. It was over a year old. I needed some metal parts. I contacted Quictent and Jenna help me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. . I received all the parts I needed. My old canopy looks brand new. If I ever need a new canopy “ IT WILL BE A QUICTENT!” Butch South Carolina.
