We initially purchased this canopy to shelter a pick up truck in 2023. Due to constant sun exposure and heavy rains, this year (2024) the roof ripped. I contacted thr company for a replacement part. They have responded within 24 hrs. They carry thr nessessary replacement part to support their product 2 years later!! Couldn't ask for better service. The product is strong, meeting our needs perfectly. Their customer service is AMAZING!!! Thank you Cherry!!!
