Very solid product: sturdy, quality materials, easy to set up.
EXCELLENT customer service. We had a severe storm that damaged a few of the poles. Contacted customer service to inquire about replacement parts and they responded immediately, confirmed the correct parts, and shipped them at no cost right away.
