Multiple 20x10 Carports were purchased to provide shade outside of several clinics for patients to maintain social distancing. I've had to request help twice from Customer Service and both times they were very responsive and solved the problems. Once to replace a post kicked and bent - was not charged. Another to replace the canopy after it was stolen - paid a reasonable amount for it. The after purchase customer service is not something that is always present anymore and this company has it in spades. I'll be buying from them again.
