My order arrived very quickly, and in good shape. I am a 65yo disabled woman and I was able to put this greenhouse up all by myself in less than 3 hours. There were a couple of issues with the cover, but customer service jumped right in and took care of that for me within 2 days. I am very happy with my greenhouse, Quictent Customer service, and the product I purchased from them. BTW - my veggies are growing well in there too!
