I recently purchased a 10' X 10' screen tent for camping. The first time I assembled the screen room I noticed a small defect. I sent an e-mail to Quictent with a photo. Within 3 days I had a replacement screen and we did not miss a weekend of camping. I am giving Customer service and product 5 star's each. And YES I would refer a friend to Quictent.
