I am very satisfied with the service that I received from the Quictent representative (Yummy). She kept in contact with me throughout the process and ensured that my replacement parts were right. She delivered when promised and made me a lifelong Quictent customer. My son is now purchasing the same 10X10 tent that I have, after my experience with Quictent's quality and great customer service.
