EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to purchase an extra roof as the roof to my previous tent ripped in the wind. I still have the structure which is in great shape, but had to buy a new tent, as the roof was not available. My email was answered immediately, and within a week I had an extra roof to stash away for when this one wears out.
